Hello,

Redhat 6.2
Qmail 1.03 - several patches, including QMAILQUEUE
Vpopmail 5.3.27 - works great - with mysql, relay auth via open-smtp file.
Qmail-Scanner 1.20rc3

Installed by:

useradd qscand
./configure \
  --admin virusadmin --domain khouse.org \
  --scanners clamscan,verbose_spamassassin \
  --debug no \
  --install

Invoked by:
# more /home/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",RBLSMTPD="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scann
er-queue.pl"
67.105.138.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",RBLSMTPD="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmai
l-scanner-queue.pl"
:allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl"

-----------------------
Ok, it doesn't appear to be working. Spam gets through, and I havn't had
any virus warnings.

To help diagnose, when I did this:

./contrib/test_installation.sh -doit

#2 of 4 didn't get flagged for virus. #1, 3, & 4 behaved as they should.

I tried setting QMAILQUEUE in the /service/qmail-smtpd/run file, but none of
my emails were received. I saw that this is not recommended practice
anymore, so figured to try the tcp.smtp file.

I'm not really sure where to start debugging this. If you can point me in
the right direction, that'd be super!

I'd like to have spam and viruses caught at the server-wide level. There
are several domains on this server.

-Russell
