just curious, what does .qmail-file have to do with the call to
spamc/spamd via Q-S??
i load all my user prefs via SQL, so it works for me...

there is nothing different from putting -u in the spamc_options or
putting in the spamassassin sub, but if you think it works that way and
not the other... stick with what you are doing.
