This is the beginning of implementing mailbox support for CXL 2.0 devices. v2: Use register alignment helper (Ben) Minor cleanups (Jonathan) Rename error codes to match spec (Jonathan) Update cap count from 1 to 2 (Jonathan) Add infra to support CEL (Ben) Add more of the actual mailbox handling from later patch (Ben)
