Hi, I just stumbled across this old thread and just wanted to inform that OAuthLib now seem to support OAuth 2 Provider support: https://oauthlib.readthedocs.org/en/latest/oauth2/server.html
That said, I still haven't seen a Pyramid implementation of OAuthLib.
