Yah the term 'scaffold' is used in a number of rails-like php frameworks as
well.  I think it would be more easily recognized than skeleton.  -1
skeleton.  +1 scaffold.

I'd also say that blueprint is more descriptive, of course I think the Rails
term for this is also rather good, scaffold/scaffolding. The main advantage
of using the existing Rails term would be an automatic recognition in a
larger group of people about what it actually is, while the term blueprint
is already becoming widely associated with Blueprint the CSS framework.

I know quite a few people coming to Python from the Rails world immediately
search around looking for where the equivilant 'scaffolding' is for their
projects.
