Dietmar, OK in all
Only missing one translation:
About of your words: ""CT 100 - Mount"
And more precisely about of the word "Mount"
=>
1- If is verb, i guess that should be translated as verb present (in past,
present and future time, in spanish the words are written of different
manner)
2- If is noun, i will translate it of other manner (that i believe that is
noun).
3- If you can show me the complete log about of this, i will understand and
will translate perfectly. :-)
Other questions:
1- Can you explain me as can i apply my translation in my PVE Host (for
testing first, and after i will send the translate)
2- This "es.po" file is compatible with what versions of PVE?

Subject: RE: [pve-devel] Better translate to Spanish language
Here show parts of "es.po" file for that help me:
#: ../www/manager/Utils.js:490
#, fuzzy
msgid "Configure"
msgstr ""
- What is this? (Only for example, the answer: is for see a list of
options to
set. Then i will understand as use it, and by simple logic i will know
that it is
verb)
- Is adjetive, substantive, verb or what?
- Where i can found it into the PVE GUI?
This is used in the task list to describe tasks changing the VM
configuration.
It is a bit hard to create such task list entries because we only show that
for
tasks running longer that 5 seconds.
And entries looks like:
"VM 100 - Configure"
#: ../www/manager/openvz/BeanCounterGrid.js:69
msgid "Barrier"
msgstr ""
- What is this? (please explain very clear)
- Is adjetive, substantive, verb or what?
This is a technical term - I would not translate that at all.
#: ../www/manager/Utils.js:105
msgid "Basic"
msgstr ""
- What is this? (please explain very clear)
- Is adjetive, substantive, or what?
- Where i can found it into the PVE GUI?
This is use for support subscription levels
(Community/Basic/Standard/Premium) - do not change that.
#: ../www/manager/Utils.js:481
../www/manager/qemu/TemplateMenu.js:48
#: ../www/manager/qemu/CmdMenu.js:81
../www/manager/qemu/Clone.js:267 msgid "Clone"
msgstr ""
- I know what is this, but i believe that this word is used in 4 different
menus,
then, is this word used only as verb?, or also is used of other manner?.
If this
word is used of several manners (as adjetive, substantive, verb, etc),
will be
impossible to do a perfect translation and will be necessary correct the
location structure of words for each case.
- Wait the asnwer
I guess it is used as verb.
#: ../www/manager/openvz/BeanCounterGrid.js:81
msgid "Failcnt"
msgstr ""
- What is this? (please explain very clear)
- Is adjetive, substantive, verb or what?
Do not translate that.
#: ../www/manager/Utils.js:497
msgid "Mount"
msgstr ""
- I know what is this
- Is adjetive, substantive, verb or what?
- Where i can found it into the PVE GUI?
This is also used inside the task log, like:
"CT 100 - Mount"
#: ../www/manager/Utils.js:314
msgid "Successful"
msgstr ""
- I know what is this
- Is adjetive, substantive, verb or what?
- Where i can found it into the PVE GUI?
Use to display a message about a successful API call (adj.)
#: ../www/manager/openvz/BeanCounterGrid.js:57
msgid "Held"
msgstr ""
- What is this? (please explain very clear)
- Is adjetive, substantive, verb or what?
#: ../www/manager/openvz/BeanCounterGrid.js:63
msgid "Maxheld"
msgstr ""
- What is this? (please explain very clear)
- Is adjetive, substantive, verb or what?
Do not translate them.
I general, it is best to do not touch entries you do not understand. Most of
them
are technical term specific to a technology (openvz), and it just confuses
users
if you translate them.
