Install language: OS X 10.15.5, pspp-1.3.0-g69a18e796

I’ve installed two different versions.  Both launch into Spanish language.  As 
far as I can tell, my machine is set to US English (although I do have multiple 
keyboard languages).  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
