Hi all On https://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/2020-07-17-ForTestingOnly/ is a MSWindows build available for testing. Most likely this is the same as the next release version.
It is known the 64 bit version does not work on MSWindows-7. Use the 32 bits version on older MSWindows versions. Stay save
