Services are similar I'm sure. Haven't looked at Vonage lately but they couldn't do what I wanted when I selected VE. Bandwidth is adjustable, as far as I can recall, and it is definitely business class and i've never had any quality issues but i'm sure that the quality of your Internet connection will affect that. You send faxes to the same number as your voice line. No machine required to receive. You configure the line to accept fax calls and their equipment handles the hand off between voice and fax. It has yet to cause any issues for me. I actually have both lines configured to accept faxes but they send to different email addresses.
