I've been pleased with the Vonage line I installed at my mother's house. The sound quality is pretty good. If you need an extra line, the 200-minute Vonage plan is $9.99 + tax a month with a ton of features you wouldn't get with a regular phone company. Incoming calls do not count against your monthly minutes.
