I've used Vonage for almost 10 years.  Very, very minimal problems.  

Looked at their website - services seem pretty much the same as vonage.

How long have you used Voice Eclipse?  Quality of sound?  Is bandwith
adjustable?  Business quality? 

Fax services - what number does one fax to?  I use a different number with
Vonage.  Is a physical machine required?

I'll stick with VoiceEclipse.  Two lines for 20 bucks a month and fax
services on both with the faxes converted to PDF and emailed to me as are my
voice mail messages.   So far,  it's worked very well for us.
