I develop software for (and help) truck drivers, funeral home directors 
and my 80 year + parents - just to name a few.  They shouldn't need to 
spend time figuring out how to do something.  They are also not stupid 
or lazy.

By the way, I just installed Office 2007.  I am not stupid, lazy or 
unfamiliar with software but I felt that way after trying to use Word to 
create a simple template.  Thank goodness Office 2010 will correct 
that!  ;^)
