I should add that when we were using 386sx for servers the 486 DX66 with 
VESA bus was king of the hill. The idea was that the server was just 
distributing files and data, the desktop was doing the work with the data.

If you have to use M$, why not have a look at what M$ themselves are 
using for a similar sized system?
