I've set up a Google group to facilitate communications amongst my brewclub members... load files, postings, the usual stuff... Works okay, but non-computer people struggle (or are just too damn lazy to engage the brain a little bit)... If they can afford a few bucks, have them look at the offerings from 37Signals.com. They have some interesting stay-on-point online apps.
