Yes, I use GoToMeeting all the time.  I also find it the easiest way to 
do remote support - simply give the end user a URL, tell them to hit 
Yes, and give them the meeting id.  In that respect, I find it even 
easier than VNC, which I used to use, because I don't have to talk them 
through downloading and installing vnc.
