Guess is too late since I'm writing this on a computer! The tool though is excellent you can cut and paste your XML into the Request screen and validate it right there you don't need another tool to do this and like in my case if you don't want the people on the other side knowing your mistakes or the server is not available at some point its great to have so you make your requests to the local "mock" server instead.
But think won't be using SOAP after all there is another easier way, Mr. Rick Strahl answer my original message and pointed me to a tool called wsdlgenerator which you can review at the west wind site, they even have a video and you can download the generator and check it out. It basically generates everything and you can call it from VFP. Even complex data types can be called, don't even need to register it as a COM, unless you should so Intellisense can be used, and works with .NET and many others. The generator is so easy to use that its unreal, just need to rerun it if they modify or add other services in the future, that I'm sure they will which was my major concern doing the oSOAP extra header approach cause need to add the rawxml of the header section and it was going to be a pain.
