Pete: Yes we are subject to US law. But let me tell you they have connections with everyone including the actual governor and our largest bank. The software companies they bought were sold by the bank. The bank president is a good friend (they play golf together) of the clearinghouse father president so the bank bought the companies and took the largest insurance company EDI clearinghouse service (which by the way the clearinghouse tried to get as a client and they refused). Two weeks after the bank took the EDI clearinghouse contract they sold everything to the clearinghouse so they got the insurance company they wanted and the software as a bonus. Now they control everything.
