The medical billing software market has thousands of players so buying 3 would 
not be a monopoly or anti-competitive. It
would simply be a way of getting into the business. This market is overdue for 
a wash out, but I have been saying that
for many years.

Hi Aida,

Is Puerto Rico not subject to US law? This is anti-competitive behavior
which may violate the Sherman and Clayton acts.
