Peter, Dragon dictate. Not expensive and very good. It also has an activeX interface you can drive if you are brave enough and will deal with .wav, .wma files as input.

I have downloaded the manual and I think I have enough info there to teach her how to record the meetings onto a Laptop. Somehow I think they are expecting to be able to get her computer to convert the Audio to text to be input straight into Word for example.
