LOL...I've NEVER had a job lay me off and give me severance. All those years in PA and not one employer did that, afaik. I personally got laid off once and they didn't give me anything except unemployment. That was what they considered severance I guess. Now here at Sylvan, this company took very good care of their workers who got laid off last year. Lots of class and professionalism at Sylvan. I have lots of respect for them. Those PA companies?
