I only deal with clients who are getting replacement PCs and they come
with Vista.  That was my same method of moving to Vista.

So you get the new hardware and you have to pay for an OS at the same
time in the Windows world.

So if you do get the new PC putting the current OS is a good thing?

This is not flavor of the month update club, I am stating a new
hardware asset.  Plain and simple.
