I've been using the paid version of Teamviewer for about 3 years and am completely satisfied. This is one of the services I provide to my monthly pay customers so the initial cost and version upgrade costs (about one per year, about $500) are just a cost of doing business. I use the unattended access for my 5 business servers, my home PC's, my 85 year old mothers PC, etc. several times per day. The chat, file transfer, and presentation features are tightly integrated. They have free apps for my android phone and iPad that have proven essential during long trips. I've not yet had a single problem getting through firewalls, and I find it faster and easier than any other remote support tool I've used over the last 15 years. It even has a 'Teamviewer Manager' that tracks session connections by user - useful for billing support time. I know this isn't for everyone, but I'm quite satisified.

I've never heard of it, but I'm going to check it out.
