You can't, it's peer to peer.  There are no central servers.  You
could go after the exchanges but there are plenty of people exchanging
bitcoins for cash or via a personal bank transfer.

Do you ever send money abroad?  Using bitcoin you can forget about broker fees.
What if you wanted to donate anomymously to a cause (think Wikileaks
or similar)?
