Actually I do follow the IRA's quite closely. I also follow the trillions in ETF's that are based on nothing that will destroy the IRA.
A question? What is the opposite of overvaluation? Now that you have sold one home for 45 percent of its value, and your IRA has gone to zero (soon), what will you do with your current underwater mortgage? How about if the rent that the investors who bought your home is more than what you make because we have sent your job offshore? Look far out into the future steve.
