It's an interesting notion but there is a good reason it hasnt yet worked yet. Ultimately we dont have 100kw engines for no particular reason. An air engine will still need to produce at least half that and that is a LOT of compressed air. I think it will end up ok for Tata in India where a car for 7 adults is after all the size of a bike and weighs just as much. but for anywhere else? cant really see compressed air working on vehiclces of any size.

If they can get to work in the real world it will be something. No batteries, no gasoline, nothing flammable and air compressors are available in almost every gas station. ----- Original Message ----- From: Eurico Chagas Filho <[email protected]> To: ProFox Email List <[email protected]> Cc: Sent: Monday, June 18, 2012 9:53 PM Subject: Re: [OT] Air car Is this for real ? http://www.gizmag.com/tata-motors-air-car-mdi/22447/ E. --- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts --- multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html --- [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
