If you want to continue using your Verizon handset checkout Page Plus
<http://www.pagepluscellular.com/>. They resell VZW airtime, and for
voice minutes and coverage they're a great deal. Their data rates
aren't all that great, however. When decided to get an Android phone I
went to a $30 T-Mobile prepay plan which has unlimited Data (Throttled
after 5GB) and texts, and 100 voice minutes. The TMO coverage in my
area isn't nearly as good as VZW, but I can live with that.

I would recommend heading over to Howard Forums
<http://www.howardforums.com/forumdisplay.php/325-US-Prepaid-MVNO-Discussion><http://goo.gl/uMIPP>
for a little research before you decide anything, as the best provider
depends a lot on your calling habits.
