Well I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV (although I do work for an 
advertising agency), but...

Microsoft owns the copyrights to FoxPro, and the logo is trademarked.   So my 
guess (read my  disclaimer above, and Ed's below) is there ARE legal issues 
with using it, the fact that they are no longer producing/enhancing the product 
probably doesn't mean anything.  :(

I'm sure our ole pal John would have be able to provide more info, as I think 
he was involved in software/legal issues at one point.   Last I heard we was 
doing both Law and Software work...
