Can you guys in America help me please.

Some of the T-shirt sizes are obvious
S, M, L, XL. etc are small, medium, large, extra large and so on.

Strangely, in Australia we don't have any K sizes.
One can guess it's probably a "King Size" range, and if that's true 
please tell me, where does the first K begin?

Is K4 the size NEXT UPWARDS from X3?
or does it start elsewhere?

if there was nobody to ask I'd take a punt but hey, how many of you guys 
never buy your own shirts?  :-)
