has been around for a while and has been proven solid, and then
adding the Windows/Vista API and UI on top of it. That way you have a
rock-solid OS base, with all the "cool" stuff people like about
Windows on the top. Maybe they could start with OpenBSD, and build
from there... wonder if anyone has done anything like that before?
