Because each host had its own mail queue. Only the majordomo
related files were shared, not the message flow.
OP asked how to make this problem of move queue files to another server
if first failed, with pfqd fail state can be many things, but if postfix
have no support for move queue files its not going to solve anything,
only thing that can be solved with pfqd is to cluster spread load and
fail states
