Though in practice, TLS 1.0 is increasingly rare on the public Internet, so the damage from disabling it is fairly low. So your server will score more points in a fashion show of modern cryptographic prowess if TLS 1.0 is disabled. You now have a choice between being fashionable, and being interoperable with a dwindling number of unfashionable systems. The latter also makes a non-conformist statement I guess.
