uceprotect and sorbs are IMO are to be avoided. I have found the following
to be reasonable:

mailspike.net
mail.XX.bl.blocklists.de XX stands for the mirror used is US/UK/DE etc.
spamrats.com
hostkarma.junkemail.com
spamrats.com
