It was running, according to your logs:

3.4.13, configuration /etc/postfix
If the Postfix master is no longer running, then you need to find
out what is killing your Postfix processes.
If the Postfix master is still running, connect to port 25
$ telnet name-of-host 25
And tell us what you get.
