You are running some Frankenstein Postfix, perhaps with features
backported by RHEL. Such backports are NOT part of the official
Postfix release, and are NOT SUPPORTED.
RHEL 7 has 2.10.1, RHEL 8 has 3.3.1. There is no release of RHEL that
comes with Postfix 2.11.11. Whatever he has it's not a stock RHEL Postfix.
I installed 2.11.11 from
http://repo.mailserver.guru/7/os/x86_64/repoview/index.html
because it had features 2.10.1 did not have.
Now I think about compiling Postfix myself like it did in earlier days and try
to fiddle
out the parameters I need.
