Hi Look like i could not understand actual needs of this design requirements. My colleague warned me that there won't be any incoming mail from internet and thus we only need to stop or allow mails if recipients listed in an sql table. All the details aren't arrived to me yet. After whole design requirements showed up clearly, i will try to find a solution. If i'm not get that far, i'll be here ask your opinions again.
