For those interested, LMDB support has now been added to Fedora builds of Postfix. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/postfix/blob/master/f/postfix.spec#_787 I haven't yet installed / verified, but looking at the spec, it looks straightforward. Atm, it's pending release; should promote soon-ish ...
