I fear I don't understand this. We *want* to disable unauthenticated
relaying, otherwise we're an open relay, and we *want* to allow incoming
mail from unauthenticated clients, otherwise our users wouldn't be able
to receive any mail - aside from other users of my mail system (who
authenticate). So unless we're paraphrasing each other, this is,
effectively, *forcing* authentication to *relay* (outbound) mail while
still accepting unauthenticated mail as final delivery (inbound).
