I think filtering it with procmail suffers from the same problems as
filtering it during Postfix delivery.  Even a browser extension is only
going to be able to get the lowest hanging fruit.  I remember now that I
tried such a browser extension once, calling itself a link
de-obfuscator, Clean Links, and it's actually still installed but just
seems to miss most of the trackers.  I may be able to reconfigure it to
catch more of the low-hanging fruit.
