Ok, if you are right, can you give me a last hint please. Do you think, this might be kernel related or something with iptables/conntrack? I use a GRSecurity kernel. Also Shorewall, which enables conntrack. Could this be a source of this problem? If so, I will do several tests by using a different non-patched kernel and maybe disabling all conntrack stuff.
