that says it is not required anymore. To remove it. I am *assuming* that I then also remove:
/etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_mailbox_limit_maps.cf I looked around and did not see anywhere it is being used.Seems this is a hang over from long ago. Old server does not have this option, but still has the file.
