Not enough logs. First, there are three users in the Cc, not two and
your log shows only the first one being sent. Where are the logs
showing what happened to the other two?
My guess is postfix messed up reading the CC field ?
In that case you better stop guessing. After all these years running on
some major ISPs I think behaviour like that would be noticed.
