On the ubuntu 10.04.04 I have the latest available libicu-dev packages. Changing the export CCARGS="-DUSE_TLS -DUSE_SASL_AUTH -DUSE_CYRUS_SASL -I/usr/include/sasl -DNO_EAI" to include -DNO_EAI did not fix it. Installing the packages on my 16.04.01LTS fixed it, 1105 is compilable, EAI support on. My other old machine had -DNO_EAI in its makefile anyway. Doesn't compile there. Or am I missing something else about "without EAI support"? Thanks Wietse.
