I can confirm. There exist systems, were complexity raises, if you add a N-th 
listener to Postfix.

My idea was based on "smtpd_client_event_limit_exceptions".

Is there some hope that this feature might be implemented? I know milters exist 
for a longer time but my feeling is that popularity first came up in the last 
couple of years and it seems milter become more and more important. Therefor 
many systems do not use one or two milters at the time. I know about people who 
use up to ten milters in a system. Some more flexibility on Postfix smtpd-side 
would be really helpful here.
