mailman breaks dkim, does the outdated one do this aswell ?

Unfortunately a *LOT* of things break DKIM and DMARC at this point in
time. However, the upcoming ARC standard for authentication relaying is
expected to improve that state of affairs.

yes, i just would say outdated software is not the same as its bad software, same happende for me when i was waiting for change from dovecot 1.2.x to dovecot 2.x.x, i make the choice of doit with imapsync to a complete new server then just emerge the dovecot update, i have used mlmmj here aswell it was at the start hard to setup but in the end i worked super stable with maillist in virtual domains not collidade with other domains in postfix, possible i still like the small is ok if it works

basicly i just begin hate milters, for the fact of every milter there is is a new policy, and i just want one policy :(

if libmilter was designed better in the first place it would not need all milters to know what ips is in localhost or external servers to trust, its basicly a mess in it all

when arc come i will build my own gentoo ebuild for it, as always i do for new nice software now, this is begin to be pretty simple on gentoo with things on github, but since @live-rebuild is always considered unstalbe target it cant be masked stable :=)

eq my clamav ebuild is more stable then the official gentoo ebuild on the problem where clamav-milter crashed for me, with github version does not this
