Maybe binary data in main.cf gumming up the works? Or just a really bad job of cut/paste? Also, one of the most common reasons for body/header checks not matching is due to the message being base64 or quoted-printable encoded. You'll need to examine the raw mail message with vi on your imap server store to see what's really in there. -- Noel Jones
