Please read this carefully;
http://www.postfix.org/DEBUG_README.html

Michael is right. This is not a support mechanism for Spamhaus, and you
should always check with Spamhaus first before posting about it here.
If you do post something here, make sure you have distilled it into an
actual Postfix problem, instead of a generic question about how you can
possibly be blacklisted when sending out that many messages.

Again, read the debugging howto, specifically this part;
http://www.postfix.org/DEBUG_README.html#mail

As for avoiding getting blacklisted, there's plenty of information out
there to help legitimate senders, such as the MAAWG best practices and
related documentation, which can be found here;

https://www.maawg.org/published-documents

In other words, if you want to be a legitimate bulk mailer, do the
work. Respect the rules of the various lists, be concise, to the point,
and polite.

Mvg,
Joni
