If you are listed on spamhaus there will be a page about it normally on their site, they have a few blacklists and some are worse than others, so either check the response codes from postfix to see if that tells you the what was listed. Also, if you know for certain that you are listed by them, you should have seen the listing page, most commonly it's a SBL (against the ip) or DBL (against the domain). There's also others like ZEN which combines a couple of other lists for viruses, hacked servers, etc.
Look up and find a listing before going too far in to spamhaus: https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ If you are listed, you or your ip provider have to request removal, and they will tell you why it was listed and what to do.
