The pattern is that some people are able to read the very extensive postfix
docs, get their even complex setups running, and never show up here.  And some
are not able to even follow simple advice to change the right configuration
file and continually blame the author that there's still something missing.

Personally I consider the latter to be bad behaviour.  Unfortunately this can
be observed on many mailing lists of open source projects.  Some people simply
do not appreciate that the core developers and experienced users spend their
unpaid spare time to answer questions.
