Yes, 4.6 was the first release with the new symbols that postfix uses (I
checked the SVN repo).  CentOS 6 comes with 4.2.  It is what it is.  If
I get significant requests for EAI support in the postfix I'm building
for CentOS 5 or 6 I can always build a newer version for those
platforms, but until then I'll just build postfix for those platforms
with EAI disabled.
