Not entirely surprising.  It took a while for IDNA 2008 to get
implemented in libraries and those libraries to get deployed.  Now
it will take a while for applications using those libraries to
reach users.

Bleeding-edge Postfix may require a bleeding-edge base platform to
support the latest features.  Platforms that are optimized for
stability may lack the necessary support.
